Tegan was a powerful witch who once got transported to the Real World by Felix Ferne. She was the personification of Chaos, much like her brother "Bear" once served as Order across the multiverse.[1]

Tegan was very vengeful for being abandoned by her brother "Bear" from when they were younger in Negative Space. She was also known to enjoy causing chaos throughout the multiverse, and was very temperamental.[1]
Biography
Early life
30 years before the first Nowhere Boys united, Tegan was sent to the Real World unwillingly, leading her to want to have "fun" causing chaos, but was quickly defeated by Ken Ferne, using a spell he invented in his lair at Bremin High School, but at the cost of his magical potential.[1]

Powers and abilities
Tegan was one of the most powerful witches ever throughout the multiverse. As the personification of Chaos, she had full control over all the elements, such as creating strong gusts of wind, suffocating Andy with his own water sphere, igniting the pages of Ken Ferne’s book of shadows, causing massive tremors and getting premonitions that alerted her of threats. She was also able to force the restoring demon back into negative space and dispell it’s possession all with a mere clap of her hands. She had knowledge of a large assortment of powerful spells. Tegan could also give others elemental abilities and convert them into blind followers to her will effectively corrupting them. She was able to control people, in a manner similar to Restoring Demon possession.[1]
Tegan could mostly be seen using shadow powers. She was able to create shadow creatures who did her bidding and drained others' life force, and could control other people to attack her enemies.[1]
