Meeting Jake Riles
When Jake Riles — having been unknowingly transported to the Alternate World — discovered his home was on seemingly sold, he bargeed into the real estate agency and confronted Phil, demanding to know what happened to his house and his mum. Phil had no clue what Jake was talking about, and threatening to contact the police. With no choice left Jake left, but declared to him "this isn't over!"[2]
