The Mega Demon was a demonic presence that protected the Empty World from disturbances — and the Nowhere Boys.[1] It appeared as a dark cloud which glided in a stream, attacked directly and occasionally created a personified, inhuman and skeletal form.[2]
Twelve months after the Empty World was taken, Bad Ben made four Atridax combine together with Kayla Pandelis to form an egg, which later formed into a Mega Demon in the Real World. After causing two moons to rise in the sky, and disappearing a handful of people, this demon was ultimately destroyed by the Nowhere Gang, during a final showdown in the Bremin Ranges.[3]
